Thrft is a two-sided online marketplace that allows small vintage and thrift stores to sell curated products directly to consumers.
Out of Scope
We are not an e-commerce business: We do not own any of the goods being sold on our website, we only give these stores the platform to do so.
Logistics: All inventory and shipping and handling will be handled by the thrift stores themselves.
We focus only on brick and mortar stores: We must stay in line with the ethos of our company, and so we will not give individual sellers that platform to sell their products.
User Experience
Thrift stores:
Able to list their clothing through our app: They are able to reach their untapped online market.
Gain online exposure for their brand: Most of these stores serve some type of niche and have an aesthetic associated with them. By being online they can grow their popularity on social media.
Consumers:
Cheap Clothes: They are purchasing cheaper clothes
Assortment of Styles: There will be lots of diversity in selection allowing people of different tastes and styles to find what they want.
