Problem: Notion does not allow non-enterprise users to create organizations to share pages with each other. If you are working on a project that requires multiple notion docs, there is no overarching organization/place where you can keep and access all your work in an organized way.

Instead, you have to share each page with the desired members - which users have problems doing due to account ownership issues and sharing problems - so even if users can share all the desired pages they stay scattered throughout their library making them hard to find.

Even in the enterprise version of Notion, the pages are all on the left sidebar mixed in with all your other pages.

All of your embedded pages are simply stacked beneath the workspace, making it extremely confusing as to which page belongs to which organization as well as with page finding.

Solution: Inspired by slack, I designed a notion app that would allow non-enterprise users to create shared organizations where all relevant pages are available in one extended sidebar for easy accessibility and organization. This design also addresses the enterprise design flaws by keeping clean organization and boundaries for your different work, instead of relying on the sidebar to the left.
